Sea Breeze is back in 2025! (2nd - 4th May)

Sea Breeze is an awesome weekend of Modern Jive learning, social connection and fun! An inclusive, friendly and laid-back feel with a key learning goal being- progressing all dancers by the end of the weekend.
For our next Sea Breeze we are moving the event to a different part of the beautiful Central Coast area. We have maintained the Sea Breeze waterfront theme and are able to continue to offer a great value-for-money dance weekender in a magic part of the world!
The location for Sea Breeze the 2025 workshops is - Wamberal Surf Club, Central Coast- a huge dance floor overlooking the ocean with on-site bar and food.
New additions- Ice-breaker class Friday night, 2 extra workshops (something for all levels) taking the total to 9 workshops for the weekend, and a complimentary Sunday night sausage sizzle. We have also included lunches at the workshop venue, on Saturday and Sunday to make life easier for everyone time-wise and for some extra time to socialise, bond with fellow dancers and enjoy the ocean views!
Accomodation- ** bookings open Monday 14th October**
We have booked out The Clan Terrigal for the event accomodation, only 2 minutes drive (1.4 km) from the workshop venue. The Clan is a few hundred metres from Terrigal Hotel and not far from Terrigal central. A beautiful spot to stay right on the water and and yes, we have the whole venue put aside for us!
You can walk along the beach to the workshop venue for those who love the sand between their toes!
Limited numbers so please book soon to avoid disappointment. Just ring The Clan on 02 4384 1566 mention danceVibe to secure your discounted room. Other options when this fills up include, Crown Plaza, and Terrigal Pacific Coastal Retreat, the latter being the closest and most economical.
Always stay Sunday night for our 'after-party celebration'! This year we are hosting a complimentary sausage sizzle, then most likely heading to the Crown Plaza Terrigal, for those still keen to kick on.
Booking terms and conditions (from venue)
Please note the following information concerning cancellations and security deposit refunds:
Credit card surcharges apply.
All cancellations will incur a minimum of $100 Admin Fee per room.
A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received 14 days before date of arrival, no refund thereafter.
In the event of a no-show total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.
Methods of payment available are EFTPOS, credit card or bank transfer (48 hours prior to arrival).
Please note, they do not accept cheques.
We remind you that a minimum 2 night stay applies to bookings over a Saturday night.
Should you check out early the full two-night tariff will apply.

Teaching Team
We are excited to announce, as well as our favourites returning - the legendary Emma and Zac from Le Step on the Gold Coast, we have added Nathan and Reasmey from Ceroc and Modern Jive Sydney to the Sea Breeze teaching team! They are an amazing addition and are sure to add a wonderful synergy to the weekend learning experience.

Friday Night
7.00 Doors open for registrations, bar open and music on.
7.45 Meet your Sea Breeze team and enjoy a fun icebreaker class from each of your teaching teams.
Following the ice-breaker classes we have our dance card with prizes - always a popular way to meet and dance with other participants while transitioning into social dancing until 11.30pm. Depart by Midnight.
Saturday Workshops-
9.30 - 10.30 workshop 1
10.45 - 11.45 workshop 2
12 - 1 workshop 3
1 - 2 Lunch- onsite, overlooking the ocean and included in weekend ticket.
2 - 3 workshop 4
3.15 - 4.15 workshop 5- Advanced Musicality Seminar- all welcome.
4.15 - 7.00 Chill time
Nautical Ball (Included in weekend ticket price)- Dress nautical!

Tier 2 - $430 Next 15 leaders & 15 followers - including the Sea Breeze Ball Meals, and Saturday Group Lunch, Sunday Group Lunch and Sunday Sausage Sizzle.
Tier 3- $460 Next 10 leaders and followers - including the Sea Breeze Ball Meals, and Saturday Group Lunch, Sunday Group Lunch and Sunday Sausage Sizzle.
